EMICA Scholarship Fund
	January 2007, our dear friend and buyer's agent, Amy Kaphengst, lost her battle to melanoma.   We miss her each and every day.
	We have set up a scholarship fund for her daughters Erica and Emily (we call them EMICA!) to help pay for their college careers in the future. It is very easy for you to make a donation by simply writing a check made out to "The EMICA Scholarship Fund"
