| Mission: |
RE/MAX is the exclusive real estate sponsor of
Children’s Miracle Network (CMN), an organization whose mission is to
generate funds and awareness programs for children served by its 170+
associate hospitals throughout the United States and Canada. All funds
raised for CMN in the RE/MAX Northern Illinois Region directly benefit
Children’s Memorial Hospital in Chicago, a region center for pediatric
care, specializing in providing the most sophisticated care for
seriously ill children regardless of the family’s financial resources.

| History: |
CMN began in 1938 and has helped to raise more
than $1 billion to date to benefit approximately seven million children
a year through associate children’s hospitals by providing funds for
treatment, equipment and research.

Community Support: |
Since its affiliation in 1992, RE/MAX has raised more
than $56 million for local children hospitals. In 2007, RE/MAX Northern
Illinois alone raised more than $241,000 for Children’s Memorial
Hospital in Chicago. Monies for the hospital are generated from a
variety of RE/MAX fundraising activities and from RE/MAX agents who
pledge a certain dollar amount per transaction.
